What we collect

When you start a page we store the website URL you paste and the public facts we read from that site (name, phone, email, address, hours, services, FAQs, public social URLs, and similar). When you claim the page we store the email address you use for a magic link. When you upload or import a logo we store the image file. We keep editor field-level provenance so a later scrape cannot overwrite a value you edited.

If Google Analytics is enabled on the site, we collect standard pageview metrics (including on public pages) through a measurement ID that is visible in the HTML source by design. We use session cookies for sign-in. We do not collect payment cards: this product has no billing.

What we publish

A published Biolink page is public on purpose. The HTML, JSON-LD, markdown mirror, llms.txt, and ai.json are meant to be read by people and by AI systems, including for search, answers, and training, as declared in robots.txt Content-Signals. Do not put secrets on a published page. Drafts are not public; they 404 until you publish.

Click-through links on the human HTML page may pass through a short redirect used only for human clicks. Machine surfaces always emit the business's real destination URL, never that redirect.

Who we share with

Infrastructure providers that host this product (currently Vercel for the app, Supabase for the database and auth, Resend for email). During onboarding we send the URLs you supplied to Firecrawl to fetch public pages, and we may send extracted text to Anthropic to classify the business. We do not sell your information.

Retention and your requests

You can edit or unpublish a page you own from the editor. For deletion or other privacy requests, email legal@getrevscale.com or hello@revscalemail.com from the address on the account. We keep scrape-job records and audit-style logs as needed to operate the service and investigate abuse.
